The feature for Free Movie Night in the Great Oak Ballroom at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, November 17, will be “Jackie.” Fifty-four years after the assassination of John F. Kennedy, this film presents a view not seen by the public at the time. “Jackie is a portrait of one of the most important and tragic moments in American history, seen through the eyes of the iconic First Lady, Jacqueline Kennedy. Jackie places us in her world during the days immediately following her husband’s assassination. Known for her extraordinary dignity and poise, here we see a portrait of the First Lady as she fights to establish her husband’s legacy—and define her own.” A cash bar and free popcorn will be available during the movie.
